INSTRUCTIONS

Ok, so here’s the best plan of attack:

Step 1: Confirm you’ve received my email β€œπŸŽ Your DAILY RESET is inside!” and it didn't land in your spam. I’m going to be your accountability buddy with keeping you on track, and I need to make sure my extra tips and motivation are reaching you! Cool? Cool.

Step 1.5:  Bookmark this page! I nearly forgot to tell you as well... !!

Step 2: Set an intention - Why are you partaking in learning these techniques? What brought you here? Write a note to yourself about how your feeling about that. If there is something specific you want to improve, what is your starting point? Rate it on a scale of 1-10. Note, you can have more that one intention, but keep it simple for now - once you’ve learned these tools, you can apply them to anything!

Step 3: Get in to a undistracted environment and press play on the first video!

Step 4: Practice what you just learned. DAILY. Practice like you would your jump shot if you were in the NBA. And, this is key - get comfortable with it before moving on to the next video. I know, that can be hard for some of us! But building a solid foundation before you tackle the next technique will help you more in the long run.

Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 & 4 until you’ve learned them all. Repeat and relisten whenever you need to.
